Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Niklas Müller, Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Str. 23, 34134 Kassel, Germany, Email: contact@tradingstreak.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, which is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including any delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
Special Notes for Digital Services
If you purchase digital content or services (e.g., TradingStreak Pro subscription), the following applies:
Subscriptions
If you enter into a subscription, your right of cancellation expires prematurely if:
• You have expressly agreed that we should begin performing the contract before the cancellation period expires, and
• You have acknowledged that by giving this consent, you will lose your right of cancellation once performance of the contract has begun.
We will ask you for appropriate confirmation during the ordering process.
If you cancel the contract after part of the service has already been provided, you are obliged to pay us a reasonable amount for the service provided up to the time of your cancellation.
The refund will be prorated according to the service days already used within the billing period.
Subscription Management & Cancellation
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal (Stripe).
• The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (e.g., end of the month).
• After cancellation, access to the service will remain until the end of the current billing period.
